How do I confirm a booking?

Select your check-in and check-out dates in the availability bar, choose your guest count, and proceed through our secure online booking system. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

Is the whole house included?

Yes. Baobab Nook is only booked as an entire residence, so the house, garden and parking are yours alone for the length of your stay.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are paid in full. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Secure payments

What if we need to cancel?

Cancel 30 days or more before check-in for a full refund of accommodation payments. From 15 to 29 days the 50% deposit is kept; from 14 days the stay is non-refundable. Full cancellation policy

Can we host an event?

Parties and events are not permitted without our written approval. If you are planning a small gathering, tell us the occasion, the number of visitors and the timings when you enquire. Any approval, visitor limit and fee is confirmed in writing before your stay.
